Pack 100 Info

Pack and Den Structure

Cub Scouting is family-oriented, offering fun adventures for a parent or guardian to enjoy with their scout!  Pack 100 is a family pack, welcoming both girls and boys in each of our coed dens.  The Pack is made up of six dens, one den for each rank.  The ranks are aligned with the scout's grade level - Kindergarten through fifth grade.  Each den contains about 8-12 scouts and one or two volunteer Den Leaders.

Commitment

Each den meets once or twice a month to complete adventures, which earn the scouts badges toward the next rank.  In addition, the Pack holds one meeting or event each month.

New!  Pack 100 is now adding additional programing for cubs looking for more scouting opportunities!  We are organizing outdoor activities, pack events to earn special awards, and group registration at Council events.  Take your scouting to the next level with these optional activities!

Over the course of a year, scouts will have the opportunity to participate in at least one outdoor campout, one overnighter (usually at a museum or similar), snow tubing, Pinewood Derby, Scouting for Food, the Memorial Day parade and much more!  See Things Cub Scouts Do for more fun activities!

Schedule

Scouting is year-round, but the program follows the school calendar, starting each new year in September.  We have rolling registration, so new scouts can join in the fun any time!  At the end of the school year cub scouts advance to the next rank.  Fifth graders advance out of Cub Scouts and may cross over to the BSA Troop of their choice.

Our Pack meetings are often the first Monday of the Month at 6:30pm at the UCC.  The day and time of Pack events vary, depending on the activityPlease visit our online Calendar for upcoming events.

Chartered Organization

Pack 100 is chartered through the Congregational Church of Westborough.  This means that the UCC provides meeting space, a chartered representative, and allows Pack 100 to share their 501c3 status.  Membership of the UCC is not required, nor is the Pack associated with the Congregational faith.  Our Pack celebrates diverse faiths and we welcome all families.
